Orders over $500 will require ID verification BEFORE the order is shipped out.
SHIPPING DELAYS
It’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.
We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
USPS Signature Confirmation is required on ALL ORDERS.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it and send the tracking number.
Please track your package and be available for Delivery. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.
We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.
We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact USPS directly in regards to your shipment's status.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please be advised All Custom Orders can take up to 14 business days to create. Shipping is up to 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. We begin creating your custom unit or fulfilling your customized request immediately upon payment.
We are not responsible for any Lost Packages once we receive signature confirmation from the shipping company. All custom orders require a signature.
RESTOCKING FEE ON POSTAL RETURNS
If your order was returned by United States Postal Service because you were unavailable for delivery during several attempts, you will be charged a 30% restock fee and refunded the remainder balance, once the package is back in our hands. If you still insist of getting your order, you will not be charged a restock fee, however you must repay for shipping.
Unconfirmed Addresses
Please make sure that you confirm your address through paypal or you will risk delayed shipment on your product. To confirm contact PayPal 1888-221-1151
WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ORDER TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT IDENTICAL TO THE PAYMENT METHOD.
BE ADVISED WE TAKE FRAUD VERY SERIOUS AND WILL REPORT ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

If a mistake was made, Please do not unravel, color, bleach, wet, play with or install hair or lashes before returning product. Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
If product is in any state of use or damage the exchange WILL NOT be made.
Customers are advised to email exchange requests and photo proof within 2 days of receipt in order to qualify for an exchange. Any exchange request not received within 48 hours after delivery will be disqualified.

Once received and determined to be in UNUSEABLE form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchanged/store credit item would not qualify for the promotion in question.
